Charlie started her career after gaining a place on the coveted Saatchi & Saatchi graduate scheme back in the nineties. She moved on to Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe to work on News International across The Times & The Sunday Times and the pitch win of Quorn Foods. The agency merged with Y&R and she found herself back in a large network agency and after gaining from invaluable experience over 3 years, left to join the fledging Fallon London to work on BBC Radio 1 & 2 and the launch of 1Xtra, innocent drinks, Lee Jeans and Ben & Jerry’s. Stints at CRS / Meme, glue and later Isobar as Head of Account Management saw Charlie working on mini, McCain, The Royal Navy, Sky, the pitch win for Magners and RBS Sponsorship. Before joining mcgarrybowen London as managing director, Charlie worked as MD at MullenLowe London, running an agency of 270 people and helping to define a connected media and creative offering for clients and working across a number of clients including the Government roster (NHS Blood & Transplant, The Electoral Commission Public Health England plus The British Heart Foundation the pitch win for Sudocrem. Charlie joined mcgarrybowen at the start of 2017 and works across all clients.
